Breakfast provided by secret recipe downstairs. That was okay, some days the meal is good, some days were bland. Room is okay for being in labuan. Location is good, got few restaurants nearby, mosque as well.

Everything’s about AZ Hotel & Serviced Apartments are excellent and I had amazing experiences while staying there. All staffs are brilliantly courteous to all guests, which I’m truly admired and feel so welcomed by their smiles and greets. Kudos to the staff (Front Desk/Housekeeping) and the management for keeping their staff to higher level of customer services. Apart from that, the cleanliness of the premise are all satisfactory, the amenities are all complete and many more. I am very sure to return when I get back to Labuan, and I missed this place!

location is within city centre most places are reachable by walking friendly staff and was so clean and security privacy level is satisfactory

The apartment was neat and tidy.. kichenettes was completed, but poor us we dont know how to use the electric stove.. haha, so we cooked our maggi old fashioned way.. got iron and board, hair dryer.. both toilet were clean.. we are very satisfied and happy.. forgot to take pictures.. ayoooo.. rugi.. must hv pictures to show friends.. haha

The staff and Management have created a very pleasant location for travelers vacating or working in Labuan. The rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. My suggestions concerning the breakfast menu content were acted upon promptly by the mangement

Overall, the apartment was comfy enough for the 7 of us including 1 kid. A great place to stay and the staff was very helpful. Will be our preferred choice of accommodation if we plan to visit Labuan again. Thank you!

Comfortable room for the purpose of the visit to Labuan. The staff were very friendly and the room is good value for what it is needed for. The location is nearby everything you need within walking distance.

Near to shopping centres & also terminal ferry. And very convenient. will come back next time for sure
